Description
MAKING OF AAVAARAM GOLD – SRG’s Process
The foot hills of southern Western Ghats are our foremost choice to identify well-grown Cassia auriculata plants. Plants grown in the atmosphere of serene nature and chemical free condition are identified. Mature aavaaram flowers are collected during the early morning hours. After grading the flowers, petals are evaluated in terms of maturity, breakage and pests.
The flowers are dried under cool shade. After 21 days of dehydration process, dried petals are taken for pulverizing as per the quality control norms approved by the R&D Team. Further, the powder is transferred for moisture content standardization and the formulated powder is packed in exclusively designed glass bottles in a hygienic way.
