The central part of Tamil Nadu has been chosen for the procurement of raw Jackfruit, which is grown up in the fertile and chemical free terrain The identified raw Jackfruits are selectively picked during the early morning hours After grading, the raw jackfruits are evaluated in terms of maturity, breakage and pests Both Cassia auriculata flowers and the pulp of Artocarpus heterophyllus are dried under cool shade After dehydration process, dried petals and jack fruits are taken for pulverizing as per the quality control norms approved by the R&D Team Further, the powder is transferred for moisture content standardization and the formulated powder is packed in exclusively designed glass bottles in a hygienic way.
